Handling of Personal Information

1. About Access Analysis

This site usesGoogle Analyticsfor collecting and analyzing access logs. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect access logs, but this does not include personally identifiable information. The collected access logs are managed according to Google's privacy policy.

2. About Cookies and IP Addresses

This site uses cookies for access analysis and also collects information about source IP addresses through web server logs.

We do not consider cookie and IP address information to be personal information because they alone cannot identify specific individuals. However, for IP addresses, we use Google Analytics' "anonymous IP" feature to anonymize the last octet of IP addresses by masking them to "0", so the Company does not obtain customers' exact IP addresses.

3. Retention Period for Behavioral Data

We collect behavioral data of website users (such as page transitions and link clicks for each user) using cookies in a manner that does not identify individuals in access analysis. This data is stored for "26 months" from the date of the user's last visit. Behavioral data of users who do not revisit during this period is automatically deleted.
